The food of Anambra, cooked over open fire.

Kitchen open

Today 12:00 — 22:00

01 The Kitchen

Everything here starts at the fire. Firewood, clay pots, and recipes carried from our mothers' kitchens in Nnewi and Awka.

Our kitchen is open to the dining room. You'll see the flames, hear the pestle, smell the uziza before your soup arrives.

Soups simmer for six hours. Nkwobi is finished in the pot in front of you. Nothing is rushed, nothing is frozen.
